We aim to honour seasonal ingredients and spices that were foraged and thoughtfully prepared from our Southeast Asia region and beyond.

For our first episode, we draw inspiration from Chef Hafizzul’s background, encompassing his childhood and the food closest to him growing up in the coastal town of Lumut, which is situated in the northern state of Perak in Peninsula Malaysia.
